Use this template to map your stakeholders in an effort to reach the perfect level of engagement with all of them.


  1. Collaborate with your team to add all your stakeholders into the idea bank on the left. This could range from investors to enterprise clients, to the average user. Include as many stakeholders as you can think of in this bank.
  2. After you finish brainstorming stakeholders,  work together to map them on the matrix based on how influential their opinion is, and how interested they are in participating.
  3. Once you have your stakeholders mapped, use their positions to determine how they should be targeted by your outreach team (sales, marketing, etc.). This will influence how communication with each group/person will be handled.
