  1. Reach → How will potential customers learn about us and where will they be able to find us? How will we reach them? 
  2. Impress → Once a user has found us, what impression do they get from visiting us? How will we impress them? 
  3. Engage → What are the actions the customers perform? What activities do they engage in?
  4. Exit → What lasting feeling do customers get when they exit the experience?
  5. Return → What do we do to entice the customer back? Why do they want to return?
