  1. Use the idea bank to gather all the ideas that your team is looking to analyze. These could be as broad as theories and as specific as precise actions.
  2. After you complete gathering your ideas on the grid, take your time to come to a consensus with your team about where they should go on the grid. They will be sorted by their relative importance to the customer and their difficulty to complete. Once finished, this should give you a good idea of the most important ideas and understand which will be the most difficult to complete.
