  1. Problems: What problem are you seeking to solve for your principal user?
  2. Goals: What are the overarching goals that need to be met in order to solve the listed problems? List these goals and as a team determine your most important shared goals.
  3. Capabilities: What is the capabilities of your product/service and do those capabilities meet your objectives?
  4. Actions: What are the actions you need to take in order to meet your objectives?
  5. Initiatives: What initiatives are a priority for you? What initiatives are required in order to successfully complete your stated actions?
