Use this template when you want to organize the user feedback you receive on your product/service. By gauging this feedback you should be able to prioritize your tasks going forward.
- Use the idea bank on the side to gather feedback from customers, stakeholders, employees, etc. This area can evolve as you gather more feedback and reviews.
- After you gain enough feedback or begin conducting interviews, begin selecting notes and moving them to the designated sections on the grid. This should help categorize your feedback and give you a good idea of what you’re doing well, and what needs to change.
